Olfen SR  contains diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used in the management of inflammatory  and painful conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, post orthopaedic and dental surgical pain, acute attack of gout, painful periods and migraine headache.

Olfen SR should not be used in pregnancy. Olfen  may cause gastric ulcers and in some cases, gastrointestinal bleeding.
