Health Okay Pharmacy runs a 24/7 telehealth contact center, a 12/7 mobile pharmacy and laboratory run by licensed medical doctors, pharmacists, lab technologists and a 14/7 telemedicine clinic.
Health Okay Pharmacy has established effective strategies to ensure great clinical outcomes and exceptional client experience at every touch point. Some of these strategies include but are not limited to post care follow up, real time client experience surveys, continuous medical education for all health workers and staff training.
